What is the recommended age for your party packages? 

Each Lego package is recommended for children aged 5 and over but we also have our Duplo hire only package which is suitable for 2-4 year olds.

What themes are available?

We have 7 themes available for hire: Friends, Superheroes, Harry Potter, Star Wars, Pirates, City and All Stars. If your child is interested in more than one theme or you can't see one that you had in mind, please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

Which themed minifigures are included in the Lego All Stars Package?

Our All Stars package includes minifigures from across our other themes including City, Friends, Superheroes, Star Wars, Pirates and Harry Potter but also has the addition of Ninjago, Chima and Disney.

Do I need an entertainer?

Our party packages have been designed with ease in mind so that they are easy to set up and host yourself. If you choose either Themed with Games or the Ultimate Package, you will receive instructions on how to play each game or complete each challenge.

Do you cater for more than 20 children?

Our All Stars Mega Package caters for up to 30 children, perfect for inviting the whole class. More bricks are also available at an additional cost and on request for our other packages, or alternatively you can hire multiple packages. Please get in touch to find out more.

What delivery area do you cover?

We are a Surrey company based in Camberley so can deliver locally within Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire such as Farnborough, Woking, Fleet, Lightwater, Frimley, Bagshot and the surrounding areas. We deliver free of charge within 10 miles of Camberley or offer a collect and return service at a discounted rate if you are outside our delivery area. Do you offer collection only packages?

We are able to offer a 10% discount off of all of our packages for customers who would like to collect and return their Lego packages to us in Camberley. There is some flexibility outside our usual opening days and hours with this option but would generally be Monday-Friday between 9am-5pm. We are closed on weekends.

What days do you deliver and collect?

Personal delivery and collection will be arranged with you during the booking process. We would normally arrange delivery one to two days prior to your party, with collection a day or two after so you get maximum play time with your package.

Do you provide party bags?

Lego filled party bags are available on request and are priced at £1 per child. The polythene bags are filled with a selection of mixed bricks and numbers need to be confirmed two weeks prior to your party date.

What happens if we lose some bricks?

We understand that the odd brick may go astray during a busy party and do not charge under these circumstances. However, a charge may apply if a larger amount of bricks go missing or for loss of minifigures. Our DIY Brick Parties Hire Agreement will be sent to you during the booking process which highlights our terms and conditions in more detail.

Do you provide packages for schools, clubs and other events?

We are happy to provide packages for a variety of events. Visit our education pages for more information on schools and clubs or please contact us with your requirements to find out more.

What hygiene measures are in place to ensure your packages are ready for hire?

The health and safety of our customers is extremely important to us. All of our Lego and storage items are checked and cleaned before and after every hire. To comply with Government guidelines, we have introduced a 72 hour brick quarantine and ensure that all packages are given a minimum 3 day rest period in between hires. 

What happens in the event of a forced cancellation such as COVID-19?

If you do need to postpone or cancel your party due to COVID-19, we would be happy to change your booking to a later date free of charge (subject to availability) or offer a full refund.
